Dear All,
my query is regarding an Flro application i made to cover the gap in my 10 years as i was short of few days,so made an in time application and varied after a week to set LR ,sent all documents with covering letter for the variation and paid the fee difference, i received the acknowledgement for set lr and letter for biometric,which I have done,but today received a letter that we have received your set lr application and your flro application is voided,but they sent all my passports and documents, my question is is this normal as we have mentioned all in covering letter,but today i sent all returned documents to set lr department. Kindly update me in this situation. Thanks

When did u post application for ILR ?
Did u vary yourself or used solicitor?

Flro posted on 24th feb, visa expired 27th feb,
set Lr posted for variation on 6th march with fee difference.
received biometric on 11th march, done on 24th march, received letter on 31st march stating your flro application is returned and set lr is in considered but they returned passports, so i sent them to set lr department.

I sent my application to the relevant department with the payment difference on the 8th of April for my ILR, but the payment is not taken out yet, How long does HO take to get the payment out ?. Does it mean that my application is not considered yet ?
