Hi, Is there any rule that child has to stay with us for some amount of time to be eligible for ILR? one of our child is in Pakistan ?

Has the child ever lived in the UK or had a or has a current visa??

ILR can only be applied in the UK, you cannot apply from Pakistan.

I read below -

Eligibility for children

Your child can apply if they:

were previously given permission to stay in the UK as your child
aren’t married or in a civil partnership
will live with you and be supported by you without using public funds

My child has disability, can ILR for child be refused assuming that DLA will be claimed ?

Also, you stated previously that you are Indian and sending the child back to India. Are you asking for advice for yourself in the 3 posts you have started today??

If both parents are settled/British a child can apply for ILE which is akin to ILR. If the parents sign an undertaking then child cannot claim public funds for 5 years.

You'll have to be clear as pointed out by CR001.

Sorry to jump in! What if only one parent has ILR is child still be eligible for ILE?
