Hello Everyone
I am a bit confused and got some doubts can someone help me if they know the answers.
i would much appreciate their help.

I got Tier 1 General visa on 16 July 2009 until 16 July 2012
and 2nd time extension from 10 December 2012 to 24 November 2014

My First question is by this 16 July 2014 it will be 5 years i have lived in Uk under tier 1 general visa
so that means i am eligible for ILR????
If so when can i go for ILR ??

and my second question is my wife got tier 1 dependant visa from 11 march 2013 to 24 November 2014
If i go for ILR ,what would be my wifes visa status ???can she extend her visa ?
or can she come with me for ILR and can transfer her visa to ILR dependent ???

and 3rd question (lastone) i am blessed with baby boy on 02 jan 2014 in uk
i haven't applied for his passport ,planning to apply after we got ILR
do i need to mention abt my baby boy in ILR extension ?or not necessary

why do you have a gap between 16/7/2012 and 10/12/2012? why your entension date is not connected from 16/7/2012?

With ILR you can apply up to 28 days before 16 July 2014 I.e. Anytime after 18 June 2014.

Not sure about this - I will leave this to the seniors in this forum

Congrats! But, please note that you can't apply for a passport for your baby straight away after your ILR. You will need to first register the baby as a British Citizen I.e. MN1 application is required and once your baby is Registered as a BC, you will then be able to apply for a passport for the baby. You don't have to. I hope this is clear.

I haven't got gap my 1st term visa will expire on 16/07/2012 so i have send for extension before that my post
but i received it on 14/12/2012 (their processing time)
and on my bio metric card visa start date is from 10/12/2012 to 24/11/2014

Regarding my 3rd question.
i got birth certificate for my baby boy and planning to apply got passport once i got mu ILR

You can't apply for british passport directly for your baby. You first need to register baby as british citizen using form MN, and pay £670 after which you use the certificate to apply for british passport.
