Hello
I am on tier-4 visa valid until 2018. My dependants (wife & kids) are on tier-4 dependant visa valid until 2018 (same as my validity). My one kid is going to over 18 this year in 2014. I can apply for my ILR (10years basis) next year in 2015. My questions are :
1) what will happen with my kid's current tier-4 dependant visa (valid until 2018) when she will be over 18 this year (2014)?
2) what will happen with my wife and kids (over 18 yrs) current tier-4 dependant visa (valid until 2018) next year when I get my ILR next year?
3) Can they both continue with current tier-4 dependant visa (valid until 2018) to complete their 10 years till June 2016 after my ILR in 2015.
I will appreciate your reply and help.
Regards
sancha

I am also in the same situation I and my siblings are all dependants of my mum (we are now all over 18) and will all qualify to apply for ilr (10 years route) next year however, at different times. my mum first in feb then my siblings and I in may and august (all came at different times). really hope you get an answer to your question as I would like to know too and sorry my comment does not answer your question.
