PET Question - Urgent

I really hope you can help
My wife passed the PET exam at B1, she passed the three skills at good total 80/100. She also has life in the UK.
We are to apply for ILR on the 7th of May.
However, her Listening I have just noticed is below borderline.
Can you please direct me as to where I can see if this is acceptable to the HO?
