Employment Letter pls suggest

Hi All,

I am on ILR from last one year and i just got married and i want to bring my wife Uk. I am applying for dependent visa for that as a part of documentation i need to provide employment letter, does this letter have to be a original or even a scan copy of the letter should be fine. Please advice...

My advise is to provide original copies where possible. Don't risk sending scans. This may delay your application. UKBA aint playing these days.

Does my employer need to mention about my annual leave entitlement as well?

In my case, my employer said something along the lines of:

"Landcruiser94" is required to travel frequently for business purposes and we can confirm that the list of her absences accurately reflects her travel over the last 5 years....

(directly below this were two tables. The first was titled "work absences" and the second was "vacation absences")

Employer did not say anything about if i was entitled to 25 or 50 days vacation per year.
