1. Came to UK on Work Permit (WP) on 05-Apr-2008 and returned to India on 05-Oct-2009.

2. BREAK: I was in India for consecutive11 months i.e from 06-Oct-2009 till 10-Sep-2010

4. Converted with in UK from Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier 2 General on 19-May-2011. Sponser was : DF

5. Changed the sponser with in UK - Tier 2 General on 29-Jun-2012. Visa valid until 13-Jul-2015. Sponser is: CGS

I am currently on Tier 2 (General) working for CGS and visa valid until 13-Jul-2015.
Considering the case details as above and more importantly the break I had for consecutive 11 months ( out of which I was in India without Visa for about 184 days), is there a possibility of getting ILR?

Please help me.

My solicitor is recommending me to take a risk. Is it worth taking the risk? Will the UKBA, consider my application out of rules due to that fact I first entered in UK in 2008?
