ILR Application Date

Hi
Sorry if I am asking a question have been answered before.
I have applied for ILR on 04/04/2014 Friday ( TIER 1 5 year route) via postal special delivery. Home office received application on monday 07/04/2014. Visa fees has been changed on 06/04/2014 but I understand my date of application is date of posting ( 04/04/2014) . Home office has deducted my fees according to rules prior to 06/04/2014 and sent acknowledgement letter about it mentioning that we will reject application if visa fee PAID is not according to Laws.
My question is Am I safe as applied before 06/04/2014 though application received by home office late ?
