Dear All,
I got my ILR(PBS) On 4th April at Liverpool PEO centre; however my wife application is rejected due to wrong English language certificate (A1 - GESE Grade 2). Caseworker suggested me to reapply her ILR with appropriate English Certificate. This week, she has passed B1 - GESE Grade 5 exam from Trinity University. I am planning to resubmit her application in next month, however I confuse with application form, please anyone suggest which application form I need to fill up for PBS dependent ILR (SET O / SET M)?

If it’s SET (O) then what information I need to fill up on following section,
Section 6 – Immigration History – Do i have to mention her UK absence details in this section? If yes, do we need to provide letter explaining reason for absence? Her absence is not more than 45 days in Five year.

SET(O) if applying as a PBS Dep who has attainted the necessary 3/5 years, meets B1 English and LIUK and where the 'main applicant' was settled as a PBS applicant.

Absences need to be listed but no reason is necessary for 45 days.
