flr instead of ilr

hi all, jus wanted to ask;
my hubby came to uk in april 2012 on spouse visa. his visa wil expire in june 2014.
unfortunately due to his laziness he hasn't done the lituk or the English test.
is there any chance we cud apply for flr and how do we go about doing it? thx

If you have A1 English and the relationship is genuine and subsisting and you have the cohabitation proof and can adequately maintain and accommodate yourselves you may apply for FLR(M).

ohhh ok...so for flr there no need to to the lituk?

do you kno how we apply for flr?..

and do u kno under wht corcumstances they will accept flr?

FLR(M) (click), there is no LIUK test required for FLR(M) rather A1 English.

Try doing lituk and english before june if u can!
