Confusion – Can entrepreneur (50 k investment) hire 10 apprentice to be eligible for ILR after 3 years ?

Can we hire 10 apprentice with national minimum wage of £2.68 per hour to get eligible for indefinite leave to remain after 3 years.

I have spoken to couple of solicitor none of them seems to be sure. Can’t find anything in guidance. I read that UKBA wants to know how much per hour we have paid to each employee.

Five years for ILR surely?

I think possibly apprentices might not count as they have different employments right etc, but you'd need to find that out for sure yourself. Have you used the search function?
