ILR approved 23rd April Liverpool PEO

Thanks to Almighty Allah that I got ILR approved for me and my dependent at Liverpool PEO on 23rd April 2014.
That was really a nice and smooth experience and the staff was really really helpful I must say.

Actual appointment was at 10 AM
- reached Liverpool PEO around 9 AM
- got the token and submitted the application and docs around 9.30
- got a call for biometrics around 10.15
- after a crucial wait of 1.5 hours, we were called and approval letter was given around 12 noon.


Docs submitted
General Docs
- SET(O) form
- payment receipt
- appointment confirmation
- 2 photographs each
- 2 passport and BRP's
- covering letter
- self assessment points summary


KOLL(Knowledge of Life and Language proof)
- Original Masters (MSc) Degree from University of Liverpool - main applicant
- ESOL certificate EMDQ (with Ofqual recognition printout) - dependant
- Life in the UK certificates (main applicant + dependant)

Income Related docs
- 12 salary slips
- 12 bank statements
- most recent P60

Absence Docs
- Letter from current employer
- Letter from previous employer

Employment confirmation Docs
- Salary increment letter from current employer

Cohabitation docs
On Main applicant's name
- Utility Bills
- DVLA letters
- Bank statements
- NHS Card
- Home office approval letter

On Dependent's name
- NHS Card
- GP letters (from 2012)
- Home Office approval letter
- Hospital letters
- Child Psychatrist letter on wife name
- bank letters

On main applicant's + dependent's name
- marriage certficate
- council tax letters (from 2012, 2013 and 2014)
- electoral register letters (from 2012)
- original child birth certificate
- joined bank statements (from 2012)
- Letting Agent confirmation letter (confirms we live together)

Also provided photocopies of all supporting docs (although not asked)

Mubarak ho :lol: Can you please post your dates too? Your first EC, date of landing in UK, current visa expiry etc?

I got initial Tier 1 General on 20 May 2009 (in-country application) as I was already in UK on PSW before that.

applied for extension in 2012

current leave was valid until 28 June 2014.

I applied before 27 days of my 5th year period.

Can you please share the format for the Absence Docs (Letter from current employer, Letter from previous employer) that you used?
