hi everyone,
i have applied for tier1 entrepreneur visa in octomber and i have done inteview and everything but i didnt get any notice yet but i completed 10 years in uk last month so my question is when my tier1 application is in process i can still apply ILR on 10 years base or do i have to wait till i get tier 1 application result ?

yes u can apply for ILR based on 10y lawful resident here. please check with a good solicitor to find which form u can use(vary application form something like that)

You dont need any other form but the ILR form. Just a cover letter explaining all the situation that you have applied for Tier 1 Ent and outcome is still pending (Include your Tier 1 ent application reference number) Now I have completed 10 yrs and would like to vary my application from Tier 1 Ent to ILR. Pay full ILR fee but you will get your Tier 1 application fee back by cheque.

You Need to fill the following form (also check guidance)

Also go through Long Residence & Private Life Guidance : https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... e-life.pdf

Make sure you apply for your ILR before HO refuse you (in worst case scenario). Also give Life in the UK and English Test (or use your UK Degree to claim points for English Language Skills) as soon as possible. If you are not sure what to do or how to do all these things, hire a solicitor!

got tier 1 entrepreneur refusal letter today still can i apply long residency ( 10 years stay in London ) or do i have to go for appeal ?
if someone can help on this i am really confuse ...
