Hi gurus
Just wanted some help

I will be applying for ILR on 10 years basis and just wanted to know if HO check your work history

I was in psw until feb and i applied for tier 4 in feb, i got the visa granted in 3 weeks but i didnt leave work until end of march

Do u think HO checks these things and will they know that i have worked extra month and a half

While i was working over this period i was attending my uni regularly

Would really appreciate ur help

Bigboy86, list all the usernames you are using and then decide which one you want to keep as active, send this information as a PM to me. Do not create anymore otherwise you'll be banned.

OK, not to worry.

The home office would not generally check employment history for SET(LR). So far as you did not breach your conditions or work more than the allowed number of hours per week, you should be ok.

i am sorry i forgot to mention, when i got my visa on in post on 20th of feb, i was not allowed to work. but because i use to work for a car dealership, and march is a very big month i kind of got greedy and worked whole march but i quit in end of march.
and because i use to work on commission i just received the last pay and pay slip and p45 from head office today.

my only concern is that on p45 it states DATE LEAVE JOB 31st 03 2014,
do u think it is traceable and do u think if HO looks for these things

really appreciate amber

It may be traceable however, if you're not supplying the said document and there is nothing to make the UKVI search you may be ok. However, do remember that breaching your leave conditions is a general grounds for refusal.

thanks for your reply amber

when u say "said documents and ukvi" what do u mean
because i was thinking of sending just my passports and biometrics card and my degree for english language and life in uk
thats it. do u think any of these docs can trigger anything. and in the form i was thinking of putting my NI number bed i was told by my solicitor not leave these things blank as it will highlight the reasoning and they might dig into it

really appreciate ur help

You should complete all of the application. Passport(s) should suffice if they cover the 10 year period.
