Hello,

I have booked my appointment for ILR as the 42 day window has opened. I need to get letter from employer now as I am on Tier 2 G, does it need to be within 30 days of my appointment or I can get the letter now as appointment has been booked?

Please let me know

Hi Senior members / Amber,

Any ideas about this?

I have not found any link where it says the letter needs to be within 30 days, other than payslip and bank statements

Please let me know
Thanks

I would get it from 28 days before your appointment.

I have got employer letter now, please let me know if that's sufficient? I have also got separate letter for absences.
I'm on tier 2 G and permanent full time employee (which means it's ongoing and will continue) , no end date to my employment or temp contract.

Got the following letter
