What is the site to book PEO Appointments?

Hi
I have been trying for the past few weeks to book a PEO appointment through the following web address without any luck: www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/book-appointment
However now that everything is routed through www.gov.uk, I noticed a different site to apply which is Visa4UK.
Am I applying on the wrong site? Does anyone have any tips on how can I get that coveted appointment. I have been on this at 00.00am since the last many days based on old tips but perhaps there is probably a better way to get lucky?
