Dear friends,

I need very urgent help from you guys..

I got confused with what date should I enter for date of first entry into UK in section 6.1 ilr application,
My visa issue date 01-June-2009
I entered into uk on 27-June-2009

As per 90 days rule .. I can claim from 01-June-2009 . So can I put 01-June-2009 date instead of 27-June-2009 for first enter into uk.

Please help me this is very urgent ...

It is the date you entered the UK, not the date your visa is valid from. Your entry stamp will say 27th June, not 1st June.

When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This
refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning
of the period of stay on which this application is based.

But then how they will calculate the period from 01-June-2009 as per 90 days rules..

The caseworker will know the rules.

You may apply from 28 days before 01-June-2014.
