Hi,
1) Can I collect a letter from employer stating my job code of practice and salary requirements -- 3 months in advance before my personal ILR VISA appointment?
2) Do I require any letter of absence, if I have not taken holidays over 90 days in a year and If I have only taken the paid holidays provided by the company?
Thank you

Thank you for the instant reply
In relation to Point 2 : I am not sure what kind of letter is needed to prove that I was on holiday out of UK. Because, I have not been out of UK every year, in the last 5 years. I have only traveled twice out of the UK, since Tier2 Visa.
I don't know how to word it to the company, because they wont be able to state that I was out of the country, as its no concern to them, how I take those paid holidays.

Just a letter which says you are entitled for n number of days paid leaves and haven't had any unpaid leave in last five years is suffice . You can get this added in reference letter itself.
