Dear All.

Recently i have been Granted ILR on Tier1 General 5 year Basis.
Now I am applying for my two dependants.My wife current Passport has expired last year and we didn't know about that.
earliest we can get new passport from Pakistan high commission is 5 working days.if we apply tomorrow i.e Tuesday,then we wont be able to get it before next Tuesday.Tier1 dependant visa is valid till 11 of May .

Is it alright to delay application for few days and post after visa expiry date when we receive a new Passport.
what should we do.?

Send the application before leave expires include a letter stating you'll send the passport as soon as it's received. And send the new passport via special delivery as soon as you get it.

we have applied for new passport and consulate given us 19th of May for collection of new passport.
