Hi Guys can someone help please, few quick questions would appreciate an asnwer

1) I entered the UK on Tier2 General on 8th Aug 2009, visa was stamped on 28th July 2009 and then I switched to Tier1 in March 2011 and now I am on Tier1 Gen
-- Questions : When can I apply 28 days before 8th Aug 2009 or 28th July 2009

2) I was under employment till April 2014 and now I am a self employed, so I was thinking instead of me showing my self employed income, I should show just my employment earnings ?

As we need to show 12 months of the 15 months earning.

So If I apply in July 2014, I can go back till April 2013 ? So if I show my income from May 2013 to April 2014 is that good enough OR I should show my self employed earnings for April and May 2014 ?

12 consecutive months from last 12 months should suffice.

But Bank Statement should cover last 15 months if thats the case as ur maintanance amount should be within last 28days

Maintenance is not an issue.

My question is if I am showing salary slips for 12 months from May 2013 to April 2014 but I am applying in July2014 is that okay ?

Any help ??
