Hi All,

I am applying for ILR on 22/05/2014 and I am currently on Tier 1 General.

In SECTION 6 - IMMIGRATION HISTORY

Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those applying
under Tier 1 (General);Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer);Tier 2 (General); Tier 2 (Minister of religion); Tier
2 (Sportsperson); Tier 5 International Agreement, and permitted employment categories - except Highly
Skilled Migrants.

So what proof I can show for the dates I have absence from Uk. I do have all stamp on my passport but would that be enough? or else what are the other possible proofs.

Please advice..

I had received a query from UKBA asking me to provide a letter within 14 days.

I asked my employer to write a letter which reads I am entitled to 25 days of paid holidays / annum and that my holidays between so and so dates were paid on 'FULL PAY' basis.

Basically if you go out of the UK on loss of pay those days are deducted and it breaks the continuety.
