Claiming legal money back before applying for ILR

Hi all,

I was found not guilty in court and since I paid for lawyer privately, court has decided to reimburse some of the money I paid for lawyer. So my question is, does claiming legal money back from court after being found not guilty have effect on ILR application? I believe court will use public funds for reimbursing. I'm due to apply for ILR (10 years) in a few months.

Thank you for your help.

would you elaborate on that? Is there a link to home office's website or something similar that mentions claiming back is not against the immigration rules? I'm on a tier 2 general visa and on the back of my visa it is written no public fund...
