Tier 1 ILR Success at Sheffield PEO

Hello all

First of all can I say thank you to everyone who in some way has contributed to this forum and helped fellow members. This is a great site to share information.

I have recently been granted an ILR after 5 years on the Tier 1 Visa.

Appointment : Sheffield PEO Saturday Appointment

Documents

1.Tier 1 Application Form
2.Payment Sheet ( Please leave the payment area on the main form blank ) No need to fill.
3. No cover letter needed
4, 12 bank statments - earnings proof 1
5. 12 payslips - earnings proof 2
6. spreadsheet detailing summary of earnings
7. passport and brp
8. Life in UK test
9. Attached my degree certificate for knowledge of english language
10. Home and finances - letter
11. Absence letter ( self ) detailing the days I was away from U.K ( In some cases I did not receive any
proof from employer so mentioned that it was requested but not received . Added number and email of employer ).
12. 2 photos

Please include photo copies. Its not mandatory but it makes the case worker's job very easy if you have all
relevant photo copies

Was seen before the appointment time and took less than an hour for the whole thing.

I booked my appointment on the 15th of april. Lots of appointments are available now a days.

Home and finances letter

Mine was a wierd case. My husband is a british citizen so he wrote a letter indicating that I lived with him
since our marriage. I also attached a marriage certificate.
