ILR Eligibility

Dear friends,
I have a question related to the Visa eligibility to apply for the ILR. Any help on the same is really helpful and much appreciated.
I am applying ILR as a Tier 2 ICT migrant.
Tier 2 ICT Visa stamped : 03-June-2009
Entered UK on : 01-Aug-2009 (Entered within 90 days of entry clearance).
Planning to apply for ILR in the second week of July.
My question is can I calculate the continuous period from the date of entry clearance i.e 03-June-2009(visa stamped date) ? If so, In the SET(O) application - section 6 - It asks "When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK?", Do I need to give Visa stamped date or the entry date ?
