Hello Friends,
- I came to UK in Oct 2002 as a student.
- I got my Tire 1 general in May 2010.
- My wife came to UK as Tire 1 General dependent in June 2012.
- I got my ILR in Feb 2013. (On 10years long resident stay basis)
- My wife switched from Tire 1 General dependent to FLR(M) in June 2013.
- Now she is on FLR(M).
(Note: My wife travelled to India for 1 month in March 2014)

By June 2014 she will be completing her 2 years stay in UK with me.
- Can she apply for ILR based on 2 years rule? (or)
- She have stay for 2 years on FLR(M) before apply for ILR? (or)
- She have to apply after staying 5 years?

Many Thanks,
Veni

She is eligible to apply for SET(M) from 28 days before June 2014 by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d). B1 English and LIUK required.

Hi,
In the below link I have found the following information:

https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... isa/tier-1

"Proof of finances: There’s no financial requirement if you applied for your partner visa on the 10-year route."

could you please help me out.

Thanks

There is no Financial Requirement, however, it's adequate maintenance, do click on the link I gave you above/below.
