When can I apply for ILR?

My first Tier-2 ICT was granted on 30th September 2009. I am in the UK since October 11th 2009 (Date of first arrival).
Current status: Tier-2 ICT (Established Staff) visa with permission until September 30th 2014. What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
