Hidden fields on Set (O) form

I was completing the Set (O) form and realised that there are a few pages which can be easily missed by anyone. Can you confirm that people who are on tier 1 general need to fill out the following:
Page 38: Section C Continuous residence
Page 43: Contiuous residence
Do we need to fill out any of these?
