Hi,

I am confused in calculating if we are eligible to apply for ILR.

I need someone to please let me know if we can apply for ILR.

We got our Tier1 Visa starting from date July 1 2009, but visited Uk only on 26 Sep 2009. And was out of country for 10 days in Nov 2009 and again for 63days between Jan - Apr in 2010 .

And the later on consecutive years till now we were not out of country more than 30 days.

Our existing tier1 extension is valid till July 2014.

So, will we be applicable for applying ILR??

If you came into the country within 90 days, The initial days won't count be counted as absence. Those days can be ignored while calculating your absences.
