ILR - 5 year mix of dependent and main applicant

Hi I need clarification on the following situation to apply for ILR:

I came into UK as as a dependent on my husbands Tier 1 HSMP in 2009 Feb and started working from May 2009. As my husband was not able to renew his Tier 1, I moved into Tier 2 - General work permit holder in Sept 2011 (as main applicant and my husband became dependent) and will be completing 3 years in Tier 2. I have legally completed 5 years of stay now and also 5 years of economic activity. Am I eligible to apply for ILR under Tier 2. The immigration rule says any combination of Tier 1 and 2 but nowhere clarify if that includes dependent category as well.

Thank you for any precedence in such situations, clarifications.

this is because it doesn't, PBS dependants are not Tier 1 or Tier 2 migrants
