What is the difference between endorsement and penalty points?

24 months rule is applicable on court endorsement as well or not?

Does endorsement lie under non custodial sentence?

Please guide me.

Any one please...

I got my Disclosure Scotland today and it is still showing my driving conviction(30/05/2012) as unspent. It was surprised for me as after amendment in ROA 1974 which was implemented 10th march, Rehab time for fine is one year.

Anyone have any idea.

The amendments to the 1974 Act are not in force in Scotland this not reflected on a disclosure Scotland.
