Hi to.all of you people
Asking about a friend of mine
He is in UK got married almost two years ago to his British wife
He got 2 year spouse visa which is going to finish soon.
Have few questions regarding ILR application.
1 . Wife has been unemployed most of the time during last two years and have been claiming social welfare... would this be a problem in ILR application ?
2. Applicant has a part time job making around 200 pounds a week ... is this enough to cover financial requirements for both of them ?
And what happens if ILR gets denied due to financial incapacity or lack of proofs ?
Would I be given another spouse visa or ?
Would really appropriate your help lads.
