Hello I just wanted to check if the minimum requirement of 35 k salary is applicable to the whole 5 year period.

I am in a situation where I have Tier 2 visa with 32 k salary but after 2 years, I will have a salary of 36 k for the next 3 years so when I apply for ILR, will the latest salary of 36 k be considered or the 35 k requirements is for the whole 5 year period.

I have read guidance around this and the 35 k is clear but it is not very clear if it is for the whole 5 year period.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks
