Employer letter for Annual leave

Dear All,

I have received the following two letters from my two companies. Can someone please confirm if these are ok. Any suggestion / addition / deletions would be greatly appreciated.

SUBJECT: PAID ANNUAL LEAVE FOR Mr XXXXX

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to confirm that Mr. XXXXX was employed by YYYY Ltd. in the UK as a full time and permanent employee. He was employed from 16th April, 2012 to 25th April, 2013.

During his employment, he took paid annual leave from 26/03/2013 to 02/04/2013.
