Query related to absence

Hi,
I am applying for ILR under Tier1 General category /Set O.
having a query related to my job status. in the first year I lost my job and was jobless for 5 month during this period I travelled couple of times to visit my family and that absence was for 50 days. There after for remaining 4 yrs I had a gap of one month. Will this affect my ILR approval?
