Biometric Residence Permit query

Hi All
I am in middle of completing SEM(M) form for my wife's ILR who was given 2 years spouse visa on old rules. I have couple of questions related to section 6 and your advice/opionion would be appreciated.
Section 6
Q1. Have you been issued with a Biometric Residence Permit with a previous application for leave?
Ans: No
Q7: Have you had your fingerprints taken as part of a previous United Kingdom immigration application made in the United Kingdom or abroad?
I am unsure about this one because when my wife arrived at the UK airport her fingerprints were taken as part of their normal procedure.
Shall I answer YES to Q7?
If I answer YES to Q7. Q10 asks about details of Brithish diplomatic Post(s) involved if the application was made abroad.
Now the Entry Clearance application was made in Pakistan what shall i answer to Q10?
