Guys,
On page 66 of the new set o form , section 11L , Tier 1 general migrant,

It said ' for the period before you were granted leave as tier 1 general migrant, documents showing that you me the relevant requirements of the immigration rules'

I had my tier 1 from 2009 till 2014. Based on the paragraph above, am a bit confused on the ' period before' exact meaning?

Can some one please explain which period before it's referring to

I had to read this several times too. It says, " ...... leave to remain on completing five years' continuous stay MADE UP of leave as a Tier 1 ( General) AND leave as a highly skilled migrant, work permit etc.

If you came on a different visa and changed it to Tier 1 ( General) then you need to show documents of that first leave/category etc.

Hope this is clear now.

I got PSW AND STUDENT VISA before TIER 1.
