Hi

I am Applying my ILR In Auguest 2014, but i commited a driving offence in October 2009. As i selected pleed guilty in court in went to the court on september 2010 and got 3 points and £ 35 fine for LC20 (driving in according with driving licence) .

Will it affect my ILR?

I will complete my spent conviction in Sep 2016 where i will complete my 5 years after conviction, do i need to wait untill then to apply for ILR?

Not an issue as 24 months will have lapsed, declare it and forget it.

Thanks Amber

Can you please help me on one more thing, what should i answer to the below questions in the ILR application.

a) Have you or any dependants who are applying with you been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or
any other country?

doubt: as my driving offence is not a criminal offence do i need to say no here?

b) Please give details below for each criminal conviction, starting with the most recent one. If you or any
dependants who are applying with you have received more than two convictions, please photocopy this page
and enclose it with this form.
Note: We will carry out criminal record checks on all applicants and dependants. You must give details of all
unspent and spent criminal convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such
as speeding or parking tickets) unless they were part of a sentence of the court. This includes all drink-driving
offences.

doubt: Here i give my offence information as they stated that to provide the information even if it is a driving offence?

If you accepted guilt in post, that's a criminal conviction. So it would be yes to that question.

Thanks Amber

I am trying to fill my ILR application and i am getting confused with the below question

Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those applying
under Tier 1 (General);Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer);Tier 2 (General); Tier 2 (Minister of religion); Tier
2 (Sportsperson); Tier 5 International Agreement, and permitted employment categories - except Highly
Skilled Migrants.

I been out of country for my marriage for 25 days and it is a paid annual leave , do i need to provide the evidence for that as well even though it is not a work related absences?

or is it just who go out of the country for work related (like onsite) who need to provide the evidence?

I doubt you'll be asked for evidence just state it was as per annual statutory leave.
