Dependent ILR clarification

Hi ,
I have got ILR last year Aug 2013 from Tier 2(ICT).My wife has dependent visa on Tier 2 (ICT) and is currently outside UK.She has a valid dependent visa till next year may 2015.My son was born last year outside uk and does not have a visa yet.
Can my wife travel with her dependent Tier 2 (ICT) visa as it's valid till next year but my I am now on ILR.
Also,can I apply visiting visa for my son to bring them to UK and apply dependent ILR for both my wife and son.
Or Do I need to apply dependent ILR for both of them outside UK before coming to UK.
