Hello All.

I am wondering if others have expirenced a problem where a passport expires after an application was submitted for ILR. My biometric permit expires in March 2015 and so I'll apply for ILR in Fenruary 2015. Since the biometric resident permit is not stamped into a passport will this matter if my passport expires in June 2015?

I think you should be ok. But I would apply for a new passport before applying for visa just in case.

I've searched all over the Gov websites for an answer, but can't seem to find anything.

May be worth ringing UKBA? just in case.
