The guidance states:
In addition
you should provide photocopies of each of
these documents including any pages of your
passport(s) that contain personal details, visas
or immigration stamps (foreign or UK).
Is this really necessary? I have 2 passports with dozens of stamps over many pages.

I have same question. How about if previous visa is stamped on passport instead of being printed on BRP and there are three passports altogether then whether only the visa/entry/exit stamps/passport details page need to photocopy or the whole passports pages (50 pages each) photocopy should send. Moreover, if current visa is on passport but last to last visas were on BRP which is already kept by UKBA when they granted the next extension on passport then will its photocopy of those BRP also need to send which applicant don't have now??.

Only the copy of those pages required which have visas or entry stamps.
They have nothing to do wid blank pages.
No copy of BRP required as HO shld hv the information on their system.
