Applying VISA on 6-Nov-14 [ within 28 Days before the Visa was issued]---> Is this assumption correct ?

So If I count Year-5 back from 6-Nov-10 i.e. till 7-Nov-09 then total absent is 201 days ,
and if I calculate absent till 6-Dec-09 (Day I first entered UK) then total absent is 172 days ,
and if I calculate absent till 1-Dec-09 (Day when Visa was stamped) then total absent is 177 days .

Could someone please confirm which date should be calculated for Year-5?

You'll have to make it so that for every 12 months your absences are 180 days or less.
