My husband didnt apply for his ilr.his visa expired afew days ago. Wht should he do now? Apply for flr?

Before any advice would u mind giving us the reason why your husband didn't apply?
What was his previous visa status and expiry of his visa?

What was his current leave, was it spouse leave for 2 years?
