I came back after long time on this valuable website to get some help

applicant got visa june 2009 , dependets got visa march 2010

applicant got ILR in last june 2014 , dependent (husband) wants to apply now

what are his options, does he eligible for ilr in 4 years - does old rules apply on him if yes what form to fill

or he has to go for extension

What visa did you get in 2009 and what visa are your dependents on?

On what basis did you apply for ILR? 5 years residence or 10 years Long Residence?

Sorry not to mention VISA

hsmp t1 general visa , applicant got extnsion in 2012 after 3 years , got ilr june 2014 on 5 year ruling

husband completed 4 years as dependend , visa expiring july 5,

he should go for extension or ILR

IF ILR than which form to fill set o or ?
