SET(M) marriage documentation

My question relates to what documentation I am expected to provide regarding my current and previous marriages. On my reading, the SET(M) form is not clear.
Question 2.22, to do with previous marriages, requires you to complete details of your and your partner's previous marriage, if any, as well as providing original copies of the divorce certificate. Section 11 (Documents) makes no reference whatsoever to the need for divorce certificates other than in Section 11B which only applies to those applicants who were last granted leave to enter or remain in the UK as an unmarried or same-sex partner. Section 11B does not apply to me, we have been married for fourteen years and are most definitely different-sex partners.
I am guessing that I am required to provide a copy of my previous divorce certificate (although not my current marriage certificate). Is that correct? Seems a little weird to me.

Divorce certificate for previous marriage and marriage certificate for current marriage.

Thank you.
Three further questions, if i may:
(1) I am applying through a Premium Service Centre and have made full payment of £1,493. As required, I will bring the Application payment sheet to the appointment. Am I still required to complete Page 4 of the SET(M) form which details my Payment details, including debit card details, etc?
(2) We have no children under 18. Am I required to complete any part of Section 3 - Children Under 18?
(3) At what point do I pay the Biometric Enrolment fee?
Much appreciated.

I expect the answers to my questions are (1) yes (2) no, and (3) included in fee - but I am far from certain and would very much appreciate the advice of one of the experts on this forum. Thanks

(3) At what point do I pay the Biometric Enrolment fee? If applying in person, biometric is part of the process on the day of your appointment.
Much appreciated.

Marriage & Divorce certificates

In part, I have asked this question before and received an answer. I only ask again as I believe the answer was contrary to form SET(M) and I want to be clear about the requirements.
Section 11B states that "if you were last granted leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom as an unmarried or same sex partner and subsequently during your probationary period you have married or entered a civil partnership......you must provide the following documents.....Marriage or Civil partnership certificate (and) if you have been married or in a civil partnership before documents showing that you were free to form a partnership with your present partner.
In my case, the first part of Section 11B does not apply as I was already married to my sponsor when I initially received my spouse visa. My reading suggests that, that being the case, I am not required to provide either my marriage certificate or my divorce papers. Of course, I had to provide those on my initial application for my spouse visa.
I'd welcome advice.

I am conscious of the advice not to provide more information than that which is required. Hence my question. Hoping someone can help.

Sending the documents won't cause an issue.
