ILR for Spouse Visa - Savings query

Hi All

I'm due to apply for my wife's ILR next week and a have queries regarding savings in the account. By the way spouse visa was issued on Pre 9 July 2012 rules and it was 27 months visa.

The account balance showing in the bank statements is unfortunately in debit and it has been in debit for last 6 months and still the same. I'm worried that I will be paying ILR fee GBP 1093 from my account and this will my account in further debit balance. It is my understanding that there is no as such requirement to have savings in the account.

1. Could anyone please share if they had same sort of experience?
2. Is there going be an issue?
3. Bank account statement is dated 29 June and I am submitting application on 24 July, do you see any issue with the statement date?

Thank you
Zubair

If you're working then there shouldn't be an issue.
