English Eligibility Dependent Visa ILR Application

Hello,
I applied for dependent visa on July 4 2012 (old rules) and entered UK on October 27 2012. I am eligible to apply for ILR by first week of October. My husband is a UK citizen.
I have a query regarding the English Eligibility. I hold an MTech degree from India. While applying for dependent visa, my degree certificate was enough for proving my English Eligibility.
But in http://www.gov.uk site, I find that my degree certificate alone is not enough to prove my eligibility this time.
Do I need a certificate from UK a NARIC confirming the equivalent level of degree, plus an official letter from university with my name and degree confirming that degree was taught in English?
Can I submit points from points-based calculator with the equivalent level of degree and the level of English? I do not find a category matching to my visa in the points based calculator. How many points are required to prove that I have English Eligibility? Please advise.
Thanks & Regards
