Tier 1- general , applying for ILR

Hi

Need advice
My husband completed 5 yrs on tier one general and wants to apply indefinite stay in uk. His visa expires in October.


Can He apply?
How soon can he apply?
Can he apply for premium service?

Please advice

Provided he can obtain the relevant points, has life in the UK pass test and english language test, and has complied with the residency requirement, he can apply.

He can also get his ILR done via premium service.

When was he granted EC and when did he enter the UK?
