I recently got ILR on Tier 1 (G) but now my wife applying(ILR) separately as my Tier 1(g) dependent for last 5 years or so.

I know I need to use Set O form but I am really getting confused what to fill in the form as it is mainly designed for main applicant.

I got couple of questions and hopefully somebody can show me directions.

1.Do I need to fill her details in section 1 on the form ?
2.What shall I enter in section 2 ?
3.what shall i choose in section 3 ? PBS dependent ?
4.I don't need to fill section 9 ?
5.Where shall i put my details on the form ?

Yes you fill it in as if she's the main applicant. It asks when you got ILR. Yes applying as a PBS dep. Submit cohabitation proof, B1 English and LIUK required.

I also in the same situation .I got my ILR last month and planning to apply ILR for my wife & daughter as PBS dependant by post.
Please can you advice :
- Do i need to submit separate form for each dependant.
- Looks like in set (o) form only 2 sections need to be filled for dependant .Pls advice
- Not sure which section i can mention that they are my dependant as no field available to provide main application BRF details

Do I need to mention my wife's absences in the SET O form I'm filling for dependents?

I am in the same boat. Can somebody who's been through this pls advise. Which section needs to be filled if dependant is applying separately through post. I believe, it should only be Section 1, 2, 3 , 4 , 10 & 11. But I will appreciate if somebody can pls confirm.

So whose details should go in sections related to points calculation like age, salary & qualification etc, as my wife would be the main applicant but she's applying only as Tier1 dependant.
