Hi All,

Please anyone can advise,,

I am currently on ILR(got through Tier 1general route),my wife she is my tier1 general dependent, her visa is still running till to june 2017, and will be Eligible for ILR in march 2018(first entry clearence got in feb 2013 and enetered uk 8th march 2013).

My question is how many days my wife can stay out side of uk in a single trip, she is currently abroad went 26th september 2014 and planning to come in feb 2015, which is i think more than 90 days in a single trip, she need to come early,or would be safe.
we have 5 months old daughter and her MN1 applicaction is pending.

Yours thought will be really appreciated.

Regards

In the set(o) form, no where the dependent's absence details are asked. So you should be fine.

If dependent application is done separately than same set(O) form is used for ILR which means absences for dependent needs to be mentioned.
