SET (O) for PBS dependant - confusing, please advise ?

Hi all,

Thanks for supporting everyone with their questions and providing the right information to all when required for various topics. I am trying to where I can too :)

My question is for using the SET (O) form for a PBS (Tier 2) dependant to apply for ILR. I have recently got my ILR approved and now planning to apply for my spouse who has been a PBS dependant since March 2010.

I'm getting a bit confused as the form SET (O) seems to be more for the main applicant. In our case if my spouse is going to use this for herself only, then most of the form seems to be targeting the main applicant and not her i.e. PBS dependant.

Can anyone please advise if this is still ok and this is the right form to use?

Any particular areas which need more attention and care to complete ?

Do I need to provide my passport and BRP card with her application ? As it doesn't say this anywhere in the form?

What should be the full document list for her application as below.... ?

1. Application form
2. Photographs
3. Online booking and payment sheet
4. Cohabitation documents (bank statements, council tax letters, doctors letters, electoral letter)
5. Marriage Cert.
6. Absences Sheet
7. Passport and BRP (her)
......

Please if anyone / experts can advise ?

Thanks

SET (O) is the most appropriate form.
